What is Integrated Energy Therapy®?

Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that supports the release of emotional and energetic patterns that may no longer serve you.

Life experiences, stress, grief, fear, worry and self-limiting beliefs can sometimes leave an energetic imprint within the body. Over time, these patterns may contribute to feelings of emotional heaviness, imbalance, disconnection or being stuck.

IET® works with the body's energy system to help release these stored energetic patterns and support the integration of more positive, empowering energies. The intention is to create space for greater balance, wellbeing, self-awareness and personal growth.

Often referred to as a healing modality that works with angelic energy, IET® supports the gentle release of what no longer serves you while encouraging feelings of peace, empowerment and inner harmony.

What Happens During an IET® Session?

You will remain fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on the treatment couch in a calm and nurturing environment.

Using gentle touch and focused intention, energy is directed to specific areas of the body's energy field where emotional and energetic patterns may be held. There is no need to revisit or relive past experiences. The process is gentle, supportive and guided by what is most appropriate for you at that time.

Many people experience a sense of warmth, peace, lightness or deep relaxation during the session.

 

How Will I Feel Afterwards?

Most people leave feeling relaxed, lighter and more balanced. Some notice a greater sense of clarity, emotional ease, renewed energy or a deeper connection to themselves.

As with all energy therapies, subtle shifts may continue to unfold over the following days as your body and energy system integrate the treatment.

While all of these therapies on this site are widely used to compliment conventional medicine,

it is important to mention that they should not be used as a replacement for conventional medicine.
