Welcome to Holistic Reflexology Kerry, where I, Teresa Guiney RMIRI, offer gentle, personalised treatments from my therapy rooms in Brosna and Killarney, Co. Kerry and also online via video call or remote healing.

I specialise in facial and foot reflexology for all ages, supporting fertility, pregnancy, menopause, and women’s health, as well as the well-being of babies, children, teens, and individuals who are neuro-diverse or have additional needs. My work also supports those navigating stress, anxiety, pain, migraines and insomnia, helping to bring the whole system back into balance.

My approach weaves together reflexology, energy healing, vibrational and sound therapies, including Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Divine Essence Crystal Healing (DECH), Solfeggio tuning fork sound therapy, Indian Head Massage, and crystal tools. These gentle modalities help the body soften its defences, release held emotions, and unwind unresolved tension and trauma, creating space for deep restoration.

Each treatment invites stillness, grounding, and renewal, encouraging your body’s own natural healing ability to flourish.
Your session is uniquely shaped by your needs—blending gentle touch and energy healing to create a nurturing, intuitive experience for your body, mind and spirit.

As a registered member of the IRI, many clients can reclaim treatment costs through their health insurance. Receipts for reimbursement are available on request.

Single Treatment
60 - minute session

A focused, restorative session of your chosen therapy, such as:

- Facial reflexology,

- Foot reflexology,

- Indian head & facial ritual,

- Reiki healing,

- Integrated energy therapy,

- Crystal healing or

- Solfeggio Sound therapy.

This session is ideal if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, rundown, or simply need to reconnect with yourself. you will experience a calming, flowing treatment that supports relaxation, stress release and gentle healing and rebalancing leaving you feeling rejuvenated and aligned.

Combination Treatment 70 - minute session

A flowing combination of therapies intuitively blended allowing your body the time it needs to truly let go for deeper relaxation, emotional release and holistic restoration. Your treatment may include combinations such as:

- Facial or Foot Reflexology combined with Energy Healing

- Reflexology enhanced with crystals or Solfeggio tuning forks

- Gentle Indian head & face massage layered with Reiki or IET

This blending of modalities, tailored to your needs, is designed to restore balance, release tension and encourage deep wellbeing, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and harmonised.

50 - minute session

A gentle, supportive session designed especially for young people.

Treatments may include:

- Facial or Foot Reflexology,

- Optional soft energy support

This session is suitable for children experiencing anxiety, sleep difficulties, sensory sensitivities, neurodiversity, growing pains, hormonal imbalances, or school-related stress. Time is built in to help your child feel comfortable and safe, with the treatment flowing calmly and respectfully at their own pace.

Reflexology foot/hand

Specialised: Fertility, Babies Children & Teens, Menopause, and Special Needs

Working the feet or hands stimulates the energy channels, thereby promoting healing and relaxation. Every part of the foot or hand corresponds to an area of the body and to each of the specific organs and systems. Reflexology helps to increase energy, helps with circulation, elimination of toxins, and calms the nervous system. Facial Reflexology

(Bergman Method)

This Facial Reflexology is a specialised facial reflexology technique that combines traditional reflexology, Native American techniques, and Asian body maps to treat body systems through points on the face. It works by applying gentle pressure to these points to stimulate the Central Nervous System , promote lymphatic drainage and blood flow, release muscle tension, and encourage collagen and elastin production. Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

Integrated Energy Therapy ® (IET) is a safe, gentle, nurturing way to empower and balance your life by helping you release patterns of the past for good. Feelings and sensations are stored in the cells of the body much like facts are stored in the cells of the brain.

Divine Essence Crystal Healing (DECH)

Divine Essence Crystal Healing is a multi-dimensional healing system working on mind body and spirit activating the clients own healing abilities and connecting them with their own divine essence. Connects the client with the crystal kingdom and the earth’s natural ability to aid healing and empowerment of the individual

The session lasts approximately one hour and you are immersed in crystalline energies that your soul is resonating with at this time.

Reiki healing

A Japanese energy healing, stress reduction and rebalancing technique that promotes the body’s relaxation response and natural healing ability. The therapist places their hands over various energy centres of the body to energise and balance the body, mind and spirit. It helps treat physical problems, healing emotional stress and migraines, and can help with reducing inflammation.
