I’m Teresa Guiney RMIRI, an experienced reflexologist and holistic therapist, based in Brosna and Killarney, Co. Kerry. With a background in Montessori education and special needs teaching, I bring a compassionate, intuitive and inclusive approach to supporting people of all ages and stages of life.

I offer foot, hand and facial reflexology, Indian Head and Face Massage, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Divine Essence Crystal Healing (DECH) and Solfeggio tuning fork sound therapy. My work is especially informed by specialised training in fertility, menstrual health, pregnancy and menopause, as well as supporting babies, children, teens, neuro-divergent individuals and those with additional needs.

I support a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, pain, backache, headaches and migraines, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues and sleep difficulties. Reflexology and holistic therapies gently support physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing, helping to bring the whole system back into balance.

My approach weaves together reflexology, energy healing, crystals and sound therapy to create bespoke holistic sessions tailored to your individual needs. These gentle modalities help the body soften its defences, release held emotions, and unwind stored tension and trauma, creating space for deep rest, restoration and renewal.

Each session offers a safe, nurturing space where you can relax deeply, reconnect with yourself and allow your body’s natural healing abilities to flourish.

Treatments are available in my therapy rooms in Brosna and Killarney, online via video call or through remote healing. Mobile treatments are also offered on a referral basis, supporting those who may benefit from receiving care in their own space.

As a registered member of the IRI, many clients can reclaim treatment costs through their health insurance. Receipts for reimbursement are available on request.

Reflexology foot/hand

Specialised: Fertility, Babies Children & Teens, Menopause, and Special Needs

Working the feet or hands stimulates the energy channels, thereby promoting healing and relaxation. Every part of the foot or hand corresponds to an area of the body and to each of the specific organs and systems. Reflexology helps to increase energy, helps with circulation, elimination of toxins, and calms the nervous system. During and after a reflexology treatment, the body begins progressively clearing blockages, re-establishing energy flows and balancing itself, resulting in better health.

Facial Reflexology

(Bergman Method)

This Facial Reflexology is a specialised facial reflexology technique that combines traditional reflexology, Native American techniques, and Asian body maps to treat body systems through points on the face. It works by applying gentle pressure to these points to stimulate the Central Nervous System , promote lymphatic drainage and blood flow, release muscle tension, and encourage collagen and elastin production. The method offers benefits for both internal health, like stress reduction, and external beauty, such as skin toning and a radiant complexion.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

Integrated Energy Therapy ® (IET) is a safe, gentle, nurturing way to empower and balance your life by helping you release patterns of the past for good. Feelings and sensations are stored in the cells of the body much like facts are stored in the cells of the brain.

Divine Essence Crystal Healing (DECH)

Divine Essence Crystal Healing is a multi-dimensional healing system working on mind body and spirit activating the clients own healing abilities and connecting them with their own divine essence. Connects the client with the crystal kingdom and the earth’s natural ability to aid healing and empowerment of the individual

The session lasts approximately one hour and you are immersed in crystalline energies that your soul is resonating with at this time.

Reiki healing

A Japanese energy healing, stress reduction and rebalancing technique that promotes the body’s relaxation response and natural healing ability. The therapist places their hands over various energy centres of the body to energise and balance the body, mind and spirit.
