Mobile reflexology and holistic therapies are available on a referral basis for those who may find travelling difficult or prefer to receive support in their own familiar surroundings.

Due to travel considerations, individual appointments are limited, with availability more suited to bookings for two or more clients.

These sessions may be particularly beneficial for older adults, individuals living with disability, illness or injury, babies and children, new mothers, and those with additional or special needs. Each visit is approached with care and respect, meeting you where you are.

I bring a comfortable reclining chair and all necessary equipment, creating a calm and supportive environment within your home or care setting.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual and may include reflexology and other gentle holistic therapies to support relaxation, comfort and overall wellbeing.

 

Mobile treatments can also be arranged within care homes, schools and community settings, where sessions may be adapted to suit individual or group needs. Shorter sessions are often appropriate in these environments, with flexible arrangements available where suitable.

Mobile and home visits are arranged by referral or through an initial enquiry to ensure suitability.
